Mobile SalesMagic LITE technology offers Directory Publishers so much more than just an amazing sales automation tool that allows users to make sales assignments directly onto a mobile device and track sales in the field in real-time. There are 5 major program options you can choose and select besides the additional module of the Corporate Office monitoring system for Sales Administrators or Sales Managers, and the Appointment Setter feature.

When you have successfully installed Mobile SalesMagic Lite onto your mobile phone, the first thing you will notice is that there is a Mobile SalesMagic Logo on your Java applet screen for easy access for this multi-faceted program.

After opening Mobile SalesMagic Lite, you will see that there are 5 Menu Option Icons that are easy to see and recognizable for what they signify on your screen.

These Icons include short cuts for 5 Menu Options:
  1. APPOINTMENTS
  2. VIEW LEADS OR ACCOUNTS
  3. DOWNLOAD LEADS OR ACCOUNTS
  4. CHECK NUMBER
  5. SLEEP

1. APPOINTMENTS MENU OPTION

The Mobile SalesMagic Lite Appointment Menu option allows you to review at a glance all of your appointments you have by Date, Time and Name of Account. An ORANGE dot next to the appointment indicates that this is an Account or Lead with an appointment scheduled.

Clicking through each appointment will allow you to see and access much more information including address, telephone number, main contact and will also provide you with a map to see where the customer or Lead is located.

With Mobile SalesMagic,
Lite version, you will also be able to
report back to the Corporate Office the status of each appointment in real-time. Perhaps you may have created a sale, and in this case you can also report the exact amount of the new order – or if you need to return to the Customer/Lead with additional items needed to close the sale, you may indicate this also. There are a variety of user defined options and abilities to notate your progress.

The APPOINTMENTS MENU allows you to easily schedule an appointment after a phone or sales call is made or when a return appointment is needed. The Appointment Menu gives you easy access to a CALENDAR which allows you to set reminders by Date and Time, plus set an Alarm at a specific time for the reminder.

2. VIEW LEADS MENU OPTION

Returning to the main menu, select VIEW LEADS to see your prospects and the details of each one. Mobile SalesMagic makes it very easy to DOWNLOAD your leads into this exciting program or get leads sent to you via SMS!

When you open up your leads and appointments you will notice colored dots to the left of each.

BLUE dots indicate that this account is ready to be worked.

GREEN dots indicate that they are retired/completed but not sold.

YELLOW dots indicate that they are retired but do not publish.

RED dots indicate the customer is out of business, or not sold, and is to be deleted!

PURPLE dots show the lead has been SOLD!

WHITE dots are pending sales

TEAL dots show a user defined Other status





As shown, you can filter the leads to see only a particular
status. You can change the STATUS of each customer and then
the appropriate new color coded dot will automatically appear!








To see more details select VIEW. Here you can see all of the contact information along with competitive information and notes.

View the Name, Address and Heading under which your accounts are listed. Make a PHONE call to the prospect easily with a click, or open up the options to go BACK, ADD an appointment, or change the status of the lead. Mobile SalesMagic Lite allows you to assign the lead to a new class heading, edit, and save any text changes, and to maintain notes about the lead.

Another convenient tool in Mobile SalesMagic Lite is the ability to get MAPs for your appointments and DIRECTIONS. This makes creating sales calls and appointments very efficient as you can organize your territory fairly easy. No more getting lost or wasting time zigzagging around back and forth to meet with customers.

3. DOWNLOAD LEADS MENU OPTION

For existing Yellow Magic users, your Yellow Magic system already contains a Lead Generation feature, which allows you to create and upload Sales Packets filled with leads that can be distributed among the sales representatives. If you do not have a Yellow Magic system, you can upload your lead information as a text (CSV) file. These Packets can be easily downloaded or sent as a SMS into Mobile SalesMagic Lite so that each day sales reps can view their customer list by BOOK, or Status, or other options.

4. CHECK NUMBER MENU OPTION

Another great feature for adding new businesses into your Sales Leads databases is the CHECK NUMBER menu option.

CHECK NUMBER allows you to verify whether a new business that may have just opened in your territory has been assigned yet to a representative.

By activating CHECK NUMBER and entering in the new business’s phone number, the system will relay back to you if the company is in the system or been assigned.

If the new business is not assigned then you may add the lead into

Mobile SalesMagic and then by clicking on the menu option to SAVE CHANGES, you can relay the updates back into the leads database.

5. SLEEP MENU OPTION

Mobile SalesMagic allows you to switch the program to SLEEP mode. This allows you to use other functions of your phone while the Mobile SalesMagic application stays active in the background so that it can remind you of appointments when needed.

Mobile SalesMagic also has a CLEAR DATA menu option which will clean out all retired accounts and make room for new leads.
